Text description provided by the architect.

COMOCO is a design concept that we applied to a Co-Working Space called Cocowork, taken from the main concept of Collaborating-Emotional-Connecting. Cocowork is a Co-working Space Office that will accommodate Startup Entrepreneurs who are currently growing in Indonesia. Located in one of the highest tower in Jakarta, BTPN Tower with an area of 1,600 m2, it really supports this area to be the most Premium Co-working in Indonesia.

We carried 3 concepts “The Most”to make this Office becomes Best of the Best among its competitors. The first concept is the Most Emotional Feelings, by applying Color Zone which is arranged with psychological aspects and adjusted with its activity. So that under the conscious user will emerge emotions, and finally the feelings will support their activities. Starting with the main Lobby in the Yellow Zone which has a cheerful, Energetic, and Optimistic psychological ambiance to give a sense of encouragement when anyone starts entering this office.

Continues with the Green Area which is the Pantry and Breakout area as a place to rest and relax in harmony with the Psychological color that reflects the Freshness, Relaxation, Serenity, Peace.

The last is the blue zone which accommodates the most Co-Working area, as well as the Calling Box area, this is also in harmony with Blue Psychological which means Intelligence and Self-Confidence.

The Second Concept is the Most Spacious Green Interior, with a transparent and see-Through design style, we use glass and non-solid partitions in some parts. Also the entire core walls of the building which is finished with a mirror so that the reflection of the sunlight is perfect and spread throughout this area without exception. It also makes this Area feels twice as large and feels as the Biggest Co-Working office.

The last concept is Most Collaborative Spot. We support this with a variety of Spots that users can use to work and discuss together, which is certainly not only in the meeting room, but almost in every corner and area of ?? the Co-Working Office.

We created multi-functional and multi position features, so users are free to determine their own discussion style.
